4 DELICIOUS & EASY INFUSED WATER RECIPES

Hey Green Geek family! Last blog post we shared some ways to sneak more water into your diet and you loved it so here is a follow up to that post to help you out. Today I will be sharing my absolute favorite detox waters - I drink these combos all the time and infused water makes the experience (yes experience) so much better and I finish drinking my cups faster making it easier for me to drink more water which is good for me. Now good for you I am sharing my favorite delicious ways to flavor my water!

 

1. Lemon & Mint

1 Liter Water

1 Lemon

Ice

Mint leaves 

Refrigerate overnight and enjoy all day!

 

2. Strawberries & Lime

1 Liter Water

1 Lime

6 Strawberries

Ice

Refrigerate overnight and enjoy all day!

 

3. Cucumber

1 Liter Water

1 Cucumber

Ice

Refrigerate overnight and enjoy all day!

 

4. Cucumber, Mint & Lime

1 Liter Water

1 Cucumber

1/2 Lime

Mint Leaves

Refrigerate overnight and enjoy all day!

 

I seriously love these combos, actually as I'm writing this I'm on my fifth cup of Number 1 - my fav!
